Hi, I’m Alyssa!
—and I’m not your regular camp counselor. I’m a cool counselor! 😎
I’m a self-taught designer turned freelancer turned studio owner and I’m here to help you reach your design dreams without the pressure & fluff. I know what it’s like to try and piece together everything and it’s so hard to know what you don’t know! That’s why I created Camp: to remove the high barrier to entry to the branding world and create a supportive, gatekeeping-free zone for all. Here’s some little bits about me:
I’ve been running ATNN Design for 5 years, and have been a brand designer for almost 7!
I’m passionate about uplifting people from underprivileged backgrounds and making BIPOC, queer, and marginalized communities feel seen.
I’m very anti-normative (aka I don’t want to tell you what to do); my teaching style is more like a counselor than a teacher or coach. I’m here to hear your goals and struggles, and help you soar past them!
I love play, so the vibe of this course is work hard, play hard! I like to throw in little jokes and keep it light, while still giving you all the goods—fluff free.
I’m a 2nd gen Viet girl living it up in Brooklyn, NY! I’m a matcha > coffee girl with a big love for books and I’m so excited to become your camp friend!

The course fee is split up into 4 monthly payments, the first payment due upon enrollment. I recommend using the BNPL options like AfterPay or Klarna, but we also offer payment plans via ACH Debit and Thrivecart Credit Card for $15 fee per installment.

Do I need design experience for this?
Nope! Module will cover everything you need to know from scratch including design theory and software.
Camp was created to meet everyone where they’re at and then join everyone together, so whether you’re past the basics or just beginning, you’ll be accommodated!
We’ve had many past campers with zero design background when they enrolled and have all expressed their comfort level with the concept & tools after the initial module!

Do you provide any guarantees or refunds?
Simply, no. ❤️ Due to the digital nature of the course and the work that goes into it, once you enroll there is a STRICT no refund policy.
Even if you don’t end up using any of the resources, joining any calls, or watching any content, the product was still provided to you and therefore must be paid! If you order $1000 worth of food and decide not to eat it, you wouldn’t expect the restaurant to not charge!
As for guarantees, there is no guaranteed outcome or income. It would be wrong to claim otherwise! If you use the Camp resources and engage with the course in full, you’re bound to get the results you’re looking for! But I wont lie and guarantee anything, though I wish I could promise the world!

What's the difference between the live Summer Camp & Camp Evergreen?
You get all the same lessons & content, but the main difference is the live interactivity!
With the live Summer Camp, you get:

With Camp Evergreen, you still get recordings to the summer’s workshops, plus the same modules and resources, AND access to the community slack where you can interact with the whole group / me! You get 3 mentorship calls instead of unlimited, which you can schedule anytime during your 1 year access! -
What if I can’t join in on the live calls/have job or school commitments?
Totally fine, I get it! In fact, half of campers usually join Camp while working a full-time job or studying in school!
The pace and workload of the Camp is low enough that they’ve often been able to manage both. In the event that someone falls behind, it’s no sweat because you get Camp for a full year + recordings of all the calls + a few mentorship calls throughout!
If you’re concerned about missing out and whether you should join, just know that I can take mentorship calls anytime, so you’re only missing the group calls & workshops. Even then, I often move times around to accommodate the needs of the campers and add extra live times too.

How long do I have access to the course materials for?
You get 1 full year with your enrollment! That includes access to all the modules, workshops, and resources, plus the community Slack!
